Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and monitoring all project-related activities to ensure smooth execution from initiation to completion. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be expected to adapt quickly to changing project needs and ensure timely delivery of all assigned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Coordination
- Track, monitor, and report project progress regularly to management.
- Ensure seamless workflow across all project phases by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Allocate responsibilities and create daily/weekly work schedules for the project team.
- Assign tasks proactively as each phase of drawings or deliverables is completed.
- Coordinate project handovers within the defined timeline, ensuring all documents and details are accurate and complete.
- Identify potential project delays and escalate issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
2. Communication & Client Coordination
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Schedule and organize project-related meetings (internal and external), ensuring agendas, minutes, and action items are properly documented.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all project-related queries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized project records, files, and documentation for easy accessibility.
- Prepare weekly project and employee reports covering progress, timelines, and next steps.
- Ensure all data, plans, and drawings are updated and stored in the designated folders/crm tools.
- Assist the project team with administrative tasks to support smooth project operations.
4. Team Management & Support
- Coordinate task delegation among team members based on workload and project priorities.
- Follow up on task completion and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Provide support to ensure the team has the required resources and information to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain accountability and ensure team members meet project expectations.
5. Flexibility & Adaptability
- Be open to revisions, changes, and new requirements as per project/client demands.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Work under time constraints and manage tight deadlines effectively.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, architectural projects, construction, or related roles (freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
3. Knowledge of project management tools, CRM systems, and documentation processes.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
8. Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
9. Professional attitude with strong work ethics.
10. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage regular follow-ups.
11. Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
12. High level of accountability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
