Würfel , a leading modular kitchen and interior brand, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team! The Role: As a Project Coordinator , you'll be responsible for organising project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless communication between teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Project Planning & Coordination Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for interior design and turnkey projects. Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution. Support the Project Manager and Design Leads in daily coordination tasks. 2. Client Communication & Support Serve as a liaison between clients and project teams to ensure timely updates, feedback, and approvals. Organize and document client meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs. 3. Vendor & Supplier Management Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials, samples, and furnishings. Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices as directed by the procurement team. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation, including work schedules, change orders, progress reports, and meeting notes. Track project milestones and report on status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. 5. On-Site Support Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with design specifications and timelines. Flag any discrepancies or delays and escalate them to the concerned teams. 6. Budget Monitoring Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Coordinate with the accounts department for billing, payments, and financial documentation. 7. Quality Assurance Ensure that all deliverables meet the brand’s standards of quality, aesthetics, and finish. Work closely with designers and contractors to maintain luxury design benchmarks. 8. Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate with the marketing team for content related to project highlights and social media features. Support HR/admin with any project-related manpower coordination if needed. REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15 years' of Academic education. Experience: Total work: 3 years. Interior Project Management: 1 year. Technical Knowledge: Must have project management knowledge. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools. Client Communication: Strong presentation and client interaction skills. Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring timely execution. Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills and site challenges. Team Collaboration: Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
