Würfel, a leading modular kitchen and interior brand, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our team! The Role: As a Sales Manager , your role is to drive revenue growth by leading and motivating the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships to meet business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Engagement: Greet, assist & wow walk-in clients, understanding their needs and how Wurfel can help them. Develop strong relationships with customers and oversee all communication with them during the Sales & Design Phase. Lead sales presentations to clients with the goal of closure. Sales Management: Drive sales revenue and achieve sales targets. Process and record transactions accurately as per systems. Communication Coordination: Serve as primary point of contact between clients and back-end Design Team. Accurately guide the design team as per client's brief to get high quality designs and quotations in order to close clients. Project Support: Collaborate with Design Team & Projects team to communicate delivery timelines of products with clients. Manage all project documentation and tracking progress to keep yourself informed. Reporting & Analysis : Maintain accurate sales data, transaction data, project data etc. Collaborate with Design Team, Project Team & Accounts team to maintain accurate tracking data of client orders, payments & deadlines. Customer Experience: Prioritize the customers experience throughout their Wurfel journey. REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduation / Masters/ relevant Diploma | Experience: Total work: 7 years. Interior design: 1 years. Experience in dealing with Architects, Builders, HNI clients. Experience in Luxury products. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools software and Microsoft Office Suite. Client Communication: Strong presentation and client interaction skills. Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring timely execution. Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and problem solving skills with a proactive mindset.. Team Collaboration: Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication. Location: North Goa, Goa, India Show more Show less
