Bajaj Processpack Limited Location:- Plot No 22B,Ecotech 12,Greater Noida -201309, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Industry: Engineering/Manufacturing We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and sheet metal design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in plant layout creation, machine design, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), and nesting drawings for laser cutting. Key Responsibilities: Create and develop detailed plant layouts, fabrication drawings, and machinery designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Prepare P&ID diagrams for industrial machines and ensure compliance with design standards. Design sheet metal components and develop precise nesting drawings for laser cutting processes. Work collaboratively with the production and sales teams from concept design to manufacturing execution. Conduct site visits for layout feasibility checks, measurements, and installation support. Liaise with vendors for technical evaluations, material inspection, and quality reports. Maintain documentation for design approvals, revisions, and project progress. Prefered Candidate Profile: Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Draftsmanship. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and sheet metal design tools. Strong understanding of industrial ovens, conveyors, spray painting, and powder coating plants. Hands-on experience in project handling, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Previous experience in a sheet metal fabrication or industrial machinery company is a must. Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and material grade requirements.
