Sales Manager hyderabad 8 - 10 years INR 20.0 - 22.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Responsible for driving Sales initiatives related to SAP and IT/ITES solutions , generating leads, building strategic partnerships, and managing stakeholder relationships to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities 1. Sales & Lead Generation Identify and generate new business opportunities for SAP and related IT/ITES products and services. Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable SAP-based solutions. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Work closely with leadership to develop pricing strategies and negotiate commercials. 2. Business Development & Partnerships Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations. Develop alliances and partnerships with larger service organizations for staff augmentation , project collaboration , and sub-contracting opportunities . Identify and recommend participation in relevant marketing events, conferences, and forums to promote company offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns . 3. Account & Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Analyze customer accounts, buying patterns, and market trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain detailed account information and track all client interactions using CRM tools. Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and competitor activities. 4. Strategic Inputs & Process Improvement Provide insights into market trends, competition, and customer requirements to influence product and business strategies. Recommend improvements in sales processes, policies, and customer engagement methods. Support leadership in forecasting, planning, and achieving business targets. 5. Administrative & Reporting Ensure timely documentation of proposals, contracts, and agreements. Maintain accurate sales records and adhere to internal reporting processes. Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Minimum Competencies (Knowledge & Skills) Technical / Functional: Strong understanding of SAP and SAP product suite (mandatory). Proven expertise in Business Development and Sales within the IT / ITES industry. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Experience in technical sales , competitor analysis, and proposal management. Behavioral: Excellent communication and presentation skills . Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills . Ability to influence and build trust with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Relationship management and client engagement skills. High degree of self-motivation , ownership , and result orientation . Desired Candidate Profile 8 - 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SAP or enterprise technology solutions. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Collaborative mindset with leadership potential. Other Duties & Responsibilities Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the organization or management in alignment with business needs.
