Würfel, a leading modular kitchen and interior brand, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our team! The Role: As a Senior Interior Designer , you will lead the creative and technical aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative design solutions, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence, timely delivery, and adherence to the project scope and budget. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and brand identity, translating them into compelling design proposals. Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent clearly. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources , ensuring all phases stay on schedule and within scope. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and adherence to design standards. Conduct site visits and inspections , resolving design issues and ensuring quality control throughout the construction phase. Mentor and guide junior designers , promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented studio environment. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to each project REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15 years' of Academic education. Experience: Total work: 5 years . Modular design: 1 years. Technical Knowledge: Must have Technical Design, Modular Design, Conceptual Design, BoQ Software Proficiency: Design Tools, AutoCAD, Sketchup Client Communication: Strong presentation and client interaction skills. Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring timely execution. Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills and site challenges.
