Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from concept to completion — blending creativity, leadership, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, design presentations, and site coordination while ensuring top-quality output and design integrity throughout the project journey. Key Roles & Responsibilities Design Leadership: Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for residential, commercial, and corporate projects. Client Interaction: Meet and understand client requirements, prepare concept presentations, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project. Project Development: Prepare space plans, mood boards, material palettes, and working drawings with attention to detail and functionality. Execution Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed with precision on-site. Team Management: Guide junior designers, review their work, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to bring fresh ideas to each project. Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture. 5+ years of experience in design and execution (preferably residential or corporate interiors). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong visualization and presentation skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
