Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential clients (builders, architects, hotel/hospital management, commercial space owners, etc.) Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through field visits, networking, and calling. Role & responsibilities Identify and visit potential clients in premium residential , hospitality (hotels) , corporate offices , commercial spaces , and institutional sectors to generate new business. Conduct regular on-site visits to architects, builders, PMC firms, and interior consultants for project leads and specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including facility managers , project heads , and purchase managers . Present and explain Innov8s product portfolio and interior solutions tailored to specific client requirements. Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming interior projects in the assigned territory. Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and project bids. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed projects. Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and business opportunities to the management team Preferred candidate profile Experience: 35 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, furniture, building materials, or allied industries . Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in marketing, interior design, architecture, or civil engineering . Client Handling: Experience in dealing with HNI clients, architects, builders, project consultants, and corporate clients . Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English , with strong presentation and negotiation skills. Personality: Well-groomed, professional, self-driven, and target-oriented. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using email, WhatsApp, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office .
