Pre Sales Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Executive with a strong background in interior works. The ideal candidate must have compulsory experience in interior presales and telecalling. This role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and nurturing leads until handover to the sales/design team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for interior project inquiries. Qualify leads and understand customer needs related to residential, commercial, or corporate interiors. Schedule meetings or site visits for design/sales teams. Maintain lead databases and update CRM regularly. Follow up with prospects and build a strong pipeline through consistent communication. Coordinate between client, design, and execution teams during the initial presales phase. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior design industry presales (must). Proven experience in telecalling for interior services. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
