Program Manager, Agile Delivery About The Role We’re looking for a Program Manager, Agile Delivery to help drive execution for our Data and Enterprise Business Systems teams. In this role, you'll lead Agile processes, manage team backlogs, and help connect business priorities to delivery outcomes—ensuring our data and systems initiatives stay on track and aligned to strategic goals. This position is perfect for someone with strong project management skills, Agile experience, and a collaborative mindset. You don’t need to be deeply technical—but you’re comfortable working with data and engineering teams, and you're curious about how data supports decision-making across the business. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Agile Team Leadership & Project Management Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to support effective team delivery. Maintain and prioritize backlogs in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Track team progress, manage timelines, and help identify and resolve delivery roadblocks. Promote continuous improvement by supporting team retrospectives and process optimizations. Cross-Functional Execution & Communication Partner closely with data, systems, and business teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, scoped, and aligned with business goals. Translate business needs into actionable plans that technical teams can execute. Report on team progress, key milestones, and delivery metrics to stakeholders. Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and risks, supporting clear and timely communication across functions. Stakeholder Alignment & Initiative Support Support the delivery of data, reporting, and enterprise systems initiatives by keeping efforts focused, well-documented, and organized. Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned and resources are coordinated. Help foster a shared understanding between teams—whether they’re focused on data engineering, reporting tools, or business applications. ________________________________________ Who You Are Strong Communicator & Facilitator: You excel at keeping teams aligned and stakeholders informed. Data-Curious: You’re not expected to be technical, but you're interested in learning more about how data and systems power decision-making. ________________________________________ Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in program management, Agile delivery, business analysis, or similar roles. Scrum Master certification (CSM) or Product Owner certification (CSPO). Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team accountability. Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar). Comfort working in technical environments and engaging with engineers, analysts, and system admins. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and balance multiple priorities. ________________________________________ Bonus Points Exposure to BI or analytics platforms like PowerBI or Snowflake. Prior experience as a business analyst, eliciting or documenting business requirements. Experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise business systems.
