Program Manager

As a Project Management Professional at YASH Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert-level project management guidance for complex integrations from SAP to third-party systems. Your responsibilities will include managing resources and interdependencies, defining and setting up work, and ensuring a high level of ownership and accountability throughout the project life cycle. A key aspect of this role involves managing the overall program from build to go-live across multiple customers, senior stakeholder management, staffing, development team management, solution design validation, schedule and dependency management, communication/change management planning, coordination with other teams, deliverable review, critical path identification, risk and issue management, and mitigation planning. To excel in this position, you should have 10+ years of SAP Functional or Technical experience, multiple SAP S/4HANA/SAP lifecycle implementations experience, and 12+ years of senior project management experience. You must demonstrate a track record of delivering business value through technology solutions, possess strong customer service orientation, be highly responsive with solid customer handling skills, and have successfully led at least 4 SAP implementations from planning through go-live. Additionally, you should have experience in leading discussions with Clients, Developers, and Architects, managing and developing high-performing teams, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
