Role Overview We’re looking for a MERN Stack Developer who is technically strong, reliable, and takes complete responsibility for the work they deliver. You will be part of the founding tech team in the Dhanbad office and will play a crucial role in building high-quality web applications from scratch. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Take ownership of end-to-end development—from planning to deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices Debug and resolve application issues with speed and accuracy Maintain documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer Work with a sense of ownership and be accountable for quality, timelines, and project stability Support the setup and tech culture of the new Dhanbad office Requirements: Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in MERN stack Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend logic Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API) Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and cloud (AWS/any cloud is a plus) Experience with database design (MongoDB) and performance optimization Familiarity with modern UI frameworks and responsive design principles Soft Skills & Work Ethic Highly accountable, responsible, and self-driven Strong problem-solving ability Clear communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, consistent, and committed to the role Someone who can be trusted as the founding tech member of the new office Why Join?
