We are seeking a talented CloudOps SRE to join our team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our Cloud Services. You will work closely with our development, operations, and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and maintain our Cloud infrastructure hosted within AWS and Azure. You will be responsible formonitoring the health and performance of the Cloud Infrastructure, Customer environments, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing automation to streamline operations. THE OPPORTUNITY Deploy and maintainCloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability Develop automation solutions to streamline processes, such as creating scripts to run specific tasks on cloud systems Monitor cloud environments, optimize resource usage, and implement performance improvements Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating with development and delivery teams to minimize downtime and maintain service quality Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies Work closely with product development, delivery, and architecture teams to evaluate and implement new services based on requirements Create and maintain technical documentation for Cloud infrastructure and Customer specific operation processes NOTE: the role will be working shifts (Morning, Mid, and Night) rotating every month for 24x7 coverage. THE SKILLS 5+ years experience managing Azure/AWS IaaS, SaaS Strong experience in deploying, and managing Azure or AWS infrastructure in a Production environment Ability to work independently and as a team.
