Program Manager/Business Consultant

Location:

Hyderabad, India

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Program manager/Business Consultant to join Hippocloud team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategy workshops, sales enablement programs, and partner development initiatives. You will work closely with Tally partners and other clients to enhance their business performance, generate new opportunities for digital marketing and consultancy services, and build long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Workshops for Tally Certified Partners:
  • Design and deliver workshops on sales enablement, business growth strategy, and operational excellence. Marketing…etc
  • Develop scope and implement plan based on workshop optin services.
  • Tally Partner Enablement:
  • Work closely with Tally partners to understand their business challenges.
  • Provide strategic guidance and actionable plans to improve their sales and service capabilities.
  • Support them in expanding their customer base and increasing revenue streams.
  • Business Development & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing and consultancy services.
  • Generate leads through networking, events, workshops, and strategic partnerships.
  • Actively pitch services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Strategy & Advisory Services:
  • Advise clients on market trends, competitive positioning, and growth strategies.
  • Help design and implement sales and marketing roadmaps for clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tally partners, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all strategic discussions.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of workshops and consulting engagements.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting, sales enablement, or strategic advisory roles.
  • Experience working with Challen partner.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, channel enablement, and business growth planning.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; able to conduct workshops confidently.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services and ability to pitch these effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
