Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Specialist to drive the adoption and growth of Flam's solutions among enterprises, agencies, and creators. This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, understands the product deeply, and can translate its value to prospective clients in a way that resonates with their needs. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client use cases (brands, marketing teams, agencies). Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to stay aligned on feature updates and craft compelling sales narratives. Identify market trends and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategy. Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outbound efforts, and partnerships. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Flam at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in B2B product sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Self-starter with a passion for immersive technologies (AR/VR), digital marketing, or creative tech. Prior experience selling to brands, agencies, or enterprise marketing teams is a strong plus. Good to Have: Familiarity with AR/VR products or immersive media. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
