Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role): Responsible for releasing mobile App for India and Export market Documentation of the defects with clear indications on the defect quality Interact with the supplier or App developer for ensuring the defects are resolved Testing timeline in line with the Project milestones Test case preparation and execution Reporting the testing outcomes Increase the testing efficiency by adopting new technologies Testing the integration of the Mobile app on the store Authority: Resolve technical Issues, change management Supplier Guidelines with exact technical changes. Resolving Technical failure of Production and Field related to the Design. Proto type Part Testing and Protocol Sharing to WOB, MB Skills Required: BMG recommendation and releases for the App stores Reviewing the supplier test results with clear focus on the desired results Creating the data monetization models with brands Key Responsibilities &Tasks: Good understanding on the specification and development on the Mobile App which should be in line with the VW group requirements Support the project team, based on PEP guidelines and ensure that the respective milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed within the stipulated time period and with the desired results Reviewing the test results for mobile App for connectivity domain for the required features and collecting and analyzing the test results from different stake holders before releasing on store Steer the discussion with brands, business and coordinate the feature development with relevant stake holders Prepare the project management report along the relevant dashboard with clear focus on the customer benefits and track the usage pattern Conduct the regular testing reviews with supplier and highlight the risk at initial stages with risk mitigation plan to ensure the required milestone are achieved Challenge the supplier of Mobile App for the required results keep the customer satisfaction index at highest priority Prepare the release documentation based on the testing outcomes. Support the brands for proposing the data monetization models Support regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, with development consultants and suppliers and Skoda MB to arrive at best solutions for product and company.
