Product Owner & Release Manager- Mobile App

Role Overview: You will be responsible for releasing the mobile App for the India and Export market, documenting defects with clear indications on the defect quality, interacting with the supplier or App developer to ensure defects are resolved, testing timeline in line with project milestones, preparing and executing test cases, reporting testing outcomes, increasing testing efficiency by adopting new technologies, and testing the integration of the Mobile app on the store. Key Responsibilities: - Have a good understanding of the specification and development of the Mobile App in line with VW group requirements - Support the project team based on PEP guidelines to ensure completion of technical and budgetary milestones within the stipulated time period and with desired results - Review test results for mobile App connectivity domain for required features, and analyze test results from different stakeholders before releasing on store - Steer discussions with brands, business, and coordinate feature development with relevant stakeholders - Prepare project management reports along with relevant dashboard focusing on customer benefits and track usage patterns - Conduct regular testing reviews with suppliers, highlight risks at initial stages with a risk mitigation plan to ensure required milestones are achieved - Challenge the supplier of Mobile App for required results, keeping customer satisfaction index a top priority - Prepare release documentation based on testing outcomes and support brands in proposing data monetization models - Support regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team-wise, interdepartmental, with development consultants and suppliers, and Skoda MB to arrive at the best solutions for product and company - Contribute to the team regarding budget, test costs, planning, and Technical Project management requirements Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.
