Responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating test as per the test matrix given LAH with component supplier, EG, QA and other departments. Responsible for preparation of testing time plan and tracking all testing activities. Monitor testing progress and highlight the risk well in advance. Responsible to create, check, release (BMG & K) test reports ensuring VW group Guidelines for corrosion and safety and homologation requirements, Responsible for coordination and execution of test external test agency like ARAI, etc. ensuring right set up of fixtures, assembly, parts BIW, Car etc. Authority: Authorized to take a decision on failures for overcoming the problems in co-relation with development engineers in TCP and Headquarters. Authorized to decide test planning and execution. Authorize to decide the repetition of test based on test results. Suggest and guide suppliers for failure analysis and testing process optimization. Define the conception and methodic of tests, define the test goals and ensure the testing capacity Based on PEP guidelines ensure that the respective component milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed as per project definition. Support the team and be responsible for testing budget & closing GRN. And material movement including relevant administrative activities Ensure compliance with internal and external requirement such as Specifications (LAH) regulatory, homologation and identified Key performance Indicators (KPI’s) Evaluate, analysis and definition of action plan with timeline for failed test components and cooperate on their realization in components.
