Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role): To act on the incidents and ensure the quick response for IT services from Customer perspective Stabilization of the IT system and increase the efficiency of the services Creation of framework for the reporting structures Indulge in discussion with relevant areas who are interrelated for the improvements Minimizing the negative / adverse impacts on the business Quality and consistency of incident handling with fastest reaction time Authority: Problem solving with root cause analysis Presenting the impacted business areas and proposal for decision making Recommendations with benefits and disadvantages Skills Required: Communication in English Technical skills in handling the incidents Handon experience on the overall connectivity domain Problem solving and decision making Negotiation and assertive skills Good administrative skills: ability to plan, develop a structure Key Responsibilities &Tasks: Coordinating with the team and internal stake holders for analyzing the issues from the incident reporting Prepares regular reports as material for analysis and presentation Presentation of the reports to the various stakeholders like Skoda MB, suppliers and business areas Ensuring the fastest reaction time for restoring the capacity of the user IT services Create and approve the change request within the defined scope of time and commercials along with certifications / expected requirement.
