Purpose of the position Performing testing of 3rd party App stores for India and Export market Documentation of the defects with clear indications on the defect quality Interact with the supplier or App developer for ensuring the defects are resolved Testing timeline in line with the Project milestones Test case preparation and execution Reporting the testing outcomes Increase the testing efficiency by adopting new technologies Testing the integration of the App store and Infotainment system Authority BMG recommendation and releases for the App stores Reviewing the supplier test results with clear focus on the desired results Creating the data monetization models with brands Skills Required Communication in English Good experience in handling the App store (server) Handon experience on the Infotainment and App store development Good knowledge on Apps Negotiation and assertive skills Good administrative skills: ability to plan, develop a structure Responsibilities and Tasks Good understanding on the specification and development on the Apps which should be in line with the VW group requirements Support the project team, based on PEP guidelines and ensure that the respective milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed within the stipulated time period and with the desired results Reviewing the test results on different Apps proposed in the App store and publish the results with required justification and conclusions Benchmarking the relevant Apps required for the market needs and proposing the complete customer journey as product owner to brands Prepare the project management report along the relevant dashboard with clear focus on the customer benefits and track the usage pattern Conduct the regular testing reviews with supplier and highlight the risk at initial stages with risk mitigation plan to ensure the required milestone are achieved Challenge the supplier or App developers for the required results keep the customer satisfaction index at highest priority Prepare the release documentation based on the testing outcomes. Support the brands for Proposing the data monetization models Support regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, with development consultants and suppliers and Skoda MB to arrive at best solutions for product and company.
