Product Operations Associate – AI

AI experimentation, product thinking, and customer-centric operations

• Design and develop prompts for AI applications that address customer pain points and deliver real business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate user needs into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze and iterate on prompts using performance metrics and user feedback to ensure quality and reliability.
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure what matters most to customers — accuracy, relevance, and real-world usefulness.
• Run A/B tests to optimize for customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.
• Define and maintain customer-centric metrics and dashboards around satisfaction, performance, and outcomes.
• Conduct research and experiments to test new prompting techniques and optimize workflows for customer value, not just technical performance.
• Explore and prototype the latest AI advancements to unlock significant customer value and drive growth.
  

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with experience in structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other LLM tools.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLM applications.
• Comfortable working with APIs, SQL, data analysis tools, and basic scripting.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Bonus: Experience designing evaluation methodologies and metrics for AI systems.
