Role Overview:

Product Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Product Process & Execution

• Support the product team in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint planning
  
• Maintain and improve workflows for product development, launch planning, and stakeholder updates
  
• Track progress of features, bugs, and enhancements using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

Data & Insights

• Gather and analyze product performance metrics, usage data, and feedback from analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
  
• Support decision-making by building dashboards and reports in tools like Excel, Looker, or Tableau
  
• Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and propose process enhancements

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a bridge between product, engineering, support, marketing, and customer success teams
  
• Facilitate the flow of information, ensuring that all teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and changes
  
• Help coordinate meetings, product demos, and cross-functional reviews

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Tableau, Looker)
  
• Familiarity with customer feedback systems like Zendesk, Intercom, or Productboard
  
• Interest in product management and/or UX
  
• Previous experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or tech startups
