Hands-on experience in application server migration and upgrade projects specifically Tomcat, WebLogic and Apache HTTP. A working knowledge of version control and software repository systems and tools specifically Git, Github and Nexus; Good knowledge of Scripting languages such as Shell, bash, Python. A working knowledge of Middleware support and engineering in a RHEL environment. Expert in technical concepts such as connection pooling, caching, transaction management, and threading. Expert working knowledge of WebLogic, Tomcat, JVM, and Apache configuration and integration. Knowledge with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure. Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Azure Boards. 5-8 years of Middleware Engineering experience.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the project, which includes but is not limited to developing technical expertise in team members, providing customer service and support, people management, and managing escalations. With a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience, you will need to possess certain competencies and skills. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with clients, developers, and system administrators to build Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, translating business requirements into technical details, advising and mentoring development groups, and delivering integrated solutions across various IT disciplines. You will be required to lead the implementation team, resolve functional and technical issues related to AEM, and coordinate with team members within the organization and the customer site to develop and implement concepts within agreed timelines. As part of your role, you will need to ensure that organizational values are consistently displayed, enhance your technical skills to support individual and organizational development, lead a team of professionals, work with the team to deliver projects on time, and develop the team on relevant skill sets. You will also serve as the first level escalation point for the customer and be responsible for managing day-to-day architecture plans. In this role, you will be responsible for developing solutions on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, specifically focusing on AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Screens, Adobe Campaign, AEP, AJO, and potentially other Java-based technology stacks. Working within an agile development environment, you will collaborate with team members to write robust, testable, and maintainable code that meets project requirements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a Senior Full Stack Developer role, with a strong background in Adobe Experience Cloud products development. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Java concepts and patterns such as Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Sling, JMS, JUnit, and AOP, as well as modern web technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js. Experience in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs, familiarity with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager and Headless CMS, and proficiency in mobile development frameworks are also desired for this position. Knowledge of web analytics tools, SEO principles, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and database systems is a plus.
