What this role is about


You’ll be at the core of how Kraftshala’s programs operate — building automations, stabilizing academic processes, and ensuring accurate data across attendance, evaluations, dashboards, and scheduling. Whether it’s saving teams hours of manual work, maintaining reliable dashboards, or fixing issues before anyone notices, you’ll be the person keeping our systems clean, fast, and dependable.

The detailed version:


One of the biggest reasons students choose Kraftshala is our strong training which then leads to great placement outcomes. And that's where this role comes in - To ensure seamless execution of academic + operational systems across PGP/MLP by building product enhancements, using technology to continuously reduce man-hours, and running core processes (scheduling, evaluation, attendance, dashboards, etc.) - enabling Program Managers + Academics to focus fully on student learning outcomes.


Primary Responsibilities will include:


  • Automation & Product Enhancements

    : Identify inefficiencies, propose fixes, and work with internal tech/AI systems to build automations. Create and maintain Sheets, Apps Script workflows, and product improvements that reduce manual hours.
  • Attendance & Performance Dashboards:

    Ensure accurate daily attendance capture and integration with expert sessions. Build weekly performance reports enabling PMs/Academics to identify at-risk students early.
  • Evaluation Operations:

    Set up assessments, collect accurate and timely scores, and sync them into student dashboards. Maintain visibility on student performance gaps and enable targeted interventions.
  • Data Integrity & Process Reliability:

    Ensure processes do not break — formulas, scripts, and data flows remain intact. Build early-warning flags and provide real-time, reliable information to academic teams.
  • Documenting Product Requirements & User Testing:

    Write clear product requirement notes for internal tools and automations. Conduct structured user testing with PMs/Academics to validate usability before rollout.


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE


Background


  • 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Product Ops, Business Analyst, or Data-heavy roles
  • Consistent academic record


Skills


  • Comfort with excel / Gsheets + Basic Apps Script or strong aptitude to learn fast
  • High attention to detail, systems thinking
  • Comfort with AI tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Program Managers, Academics, and Tech

Recruitment Process:


As a small team, we must get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes, and will be a mix of online and in-person interactions.


  1. Conversation 1:

    This will be a virtual call with the HR team to understand your profile briefly and share the details of the selection process to set expectations about what you’re signing up for
  2. Technical Exercise:

    This is a specific assessment designed to evaluate your fit for this role
  3. Conversation 2:

    This will be a detailed assessment review conversation with the Operations team to go over your submission for the technical exercise.
  4. Conversation 3:

    A conversation with our CEO to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode (read below about it).
  5. Extending an offer:

    If all goes well, we will extend an offer that will mention the relevant details.
