We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to join a central marketing function that supports go-to-market efforts for high-impact software offerings. This is a hands-on role with exposure to multiple facets of marketing—from brand messaging and campaign planning to content, analyst engagement, and thought leadership.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across product, sales, design, and communications, contributing to projects that help shape external perception, build trust, and generate market momentum. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a full-stack B2B marketer with a strong foundation in positioning, messaging, and execution.
* Support the creation and evolution of product messaging and positioning across marketing and sales channels.
* Contribute to persona development, value proposition frameworks, and messaging documents.
* Assist in planning and executing product and feature launches, including internal kits and external campaigns.
* Work on campaign messaging for email, ads, landing pages, social, and nurture flows.
* Draft and manage marketing assets like brochures, sales decks, solution briefs, emailers, blog posts, FAQs, and product pages.
* Translate technical input into user-focused messaging for diverse buyer personas.
* Conduct ongoing competitive research and positioning audits to support differentiation.
* Capture customer and internal team insights to inform messaging and storytelling.
* Track industry themes and audience signals to shape content strategy.
* Coordinate with analyst firms for briefings, responses, and
updates.
* Prepare briefing decks, positioning summaries, and competitive notes for analyst disc
ussions.
* Maintain trackers for analyst submissions and coverage timelines.
* Draft or support the creation of product-related press releases in collaboration with the PR team.
* Identify and support participation in relevant industry awards or recognition programs.
* Maintain a calendar of product milestones, media opportunities, and award deadlines.
* 2–4 years of experience in B2B product marketing, content marketing, or SaaS marketing roles.
* Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
* Exposure to GTM execution, product launches, or campaign management.
* Basic familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and content creation workflows.
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple parallel deliverables.
* A fast learner with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
* Comfortable with live presentations, event support, or webinar coordination.
* Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, marketing funnels, and engagement metrics.
