Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
2. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, content, and social media) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
3. Create go-to-market strategies and lead product launches to ensure adoption and market penetration.
4. Define and optimize key product metrics, including revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
5. Design and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging automation and
CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to boost performance and engagement.
6. Use customer insights, analytics to refine product positioning and improve user experience.
7. Develop pricing strategies, manage partnerships, and oversee
communications to drive business growth and market reach.
Desired profile of the candidate:
● Minimum 2 years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS and B2B spaces.
● Expertise in crafting high-impact business growth strategies.
● Proficient in Digital Marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
● Familiarity with analytics tools for performance measurement and optimization.
● Strong understanding of lead generation, and customer retention strategies.
● Engineer with MBA in marketing background.
● Certifications in digital marketing or product management are a plus.
● Proven track record of implementing successful campaigns for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
