We are seeking aProduct Marketing Specialistwith36 years of experiencein B2B SaaS or AI/Tech marketing. This role blendsstorytelling, market strategy, and go-to-market executionto position XenonStack's Agentic AI platforms as category-defining products.

You'll work closely withproduct, sales, and demand generation teamsto create compelling narratives, launch new products, and drive adoption among global enterprises.

• Product Positioning & Messaging
• Developclear, differentiated messagingfor Agentic AI products.
• Translate complex technical features intocustomer-centric value propositions.
• Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM)
• OwnGTM planning and executionfor new product launches.
• Partner with sales and demand gen teams to align campaigns with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
• Content & Enablement
• Createsales enablement assets(pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, solution briefs).
• Develop content likecase studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and product demos.
• Competitive & Market Intelligence
• Conductmarket research and competitive analysisto guide positioning.
• Build competitive intel for sales and update regularly.
• Demand & Growth Support
• Collaborate with demand gen to runaccount-based marketing (ABM)campaigns.
• Measure product marketing effectiveness with KPIs like adoption, pipeline influence, and win rates.
• Customer-Centric Storytelling
• Showcasecustomer success storiesthat demonstrate ROI and impact.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into product roadmap.

• 36 years ofB2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech marketingexperience.
• Proven success inproduct positioning, GTM, and sales enablement.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Experience withmarketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools(HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Understanding ofAI, Cloud, and Data ecosystems; Agentic AI familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize marketing effectiveness.
