Marketing Communication

• Help draft simple and clear messages for emails, WhatsApp, push notifications, and product updates.
• Maintain consistency of communication across channels.
• Support basic content updates for product pages and user guides.

Marketing Flows & Journeys

• Assist in setting up basic automated flows (email/SMS/WhatsApp).
• Monitor if flows are working correctly and report issues.
• Do simple A/B tests under guidance.

Website Updates

• Update website content using a CMS (training will be provided).
• Coordinate with design/content teams for text, banners, and images.
• Check pages for accuracy and formatting.

Research & Coordination

• Do basic competitor research.
• Coordinate with product, design, and marketing teams for campaigns and launches.
• Support creation of simple product decks or presentations.

Reporting

• Track basic metrics like clicks, opens, and page visits.
• Prepare simple weekly updates and reports.
