Job Description

1. Product Strategy & PlanningDevelop and maintain product roadmaps based on market insights and company goals. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity. Define product vision, positioning, and value propositions. 2. Product DevelopmentWork with R&D and manufacturing teams to develop new products or improve existing products. Prepare technical and commercial product specifications. Ensure product quality, compliance, and performance standards are met. 3. Product Launch & MarketingPlan and execute product launches, including pricing, branding, and promotional strategies. Coordinate with sales and marketing to create marketing collateral, demos, and training materials. Evaluate product performance post-launch and optimize strategies. 4. Sales SupportProvide product training to the sales team and channel partners. Assist in creating pitch decks, catalogs, data sheets, and competitive comparison sheets. Support customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. 5. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability. Work with quality and service teams to resolve product issues and gather customer feedback. 6. Performance TrackingMonitor product performance, pricing, and profitability. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive improvements. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
