Roles and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmapping:
Develop a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with zzazz’s mission, market trends, and user needs. Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize impact and long-term growth.User-Centric Development:
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and engineers to understand user behaviors and pain points. Translate insights into intuitive product features that elevate the user experience.Market & Competitive Analysis:
Continuously analyze market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure zzazz remains at the forefront of content valuation innovation.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams—AI researchers, economists, marketing, and sales—to align product goals, streamline development, and ensure timely releases with measurable impact.Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics to validate product hypotheses, measure success, and guide iterative improvements.Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product strategies, progress, and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared ownership of product outcomes.Execution:
Drive rapid, iterative releases with a bias to action, making crisp trade-offs, re-prioritizing as signals change, and maintaining quality while operating in a fast-paced environment.
Skillset
Product Management Fundamentals:
Strong foundation in product lifecycle management, from concept and discovery through launch and iteration.Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data and research findings into clear strategies and actionable initiatives.User-Centered Design Principles:
Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies to craft solutions that resonate with target audiences.Technical Acumen:
Ability to understand technical constraints and opportunities, working effectively with engineering teams to deliver feasible, high-quality products.Communication & Leadership:
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. Comfortable presenting ideas, facilitating discussions, and driving alignment among diverse teams.Thrives in Fast-Paced Environment:
Proven ability to operate with urgency, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally within an AI and technology-driven environment. Proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale.
- Nice to have: Experience in high-growth/startup or similarly fast-paced product organizations.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
