Roles and Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with zzazz’s mission, market trends, and user needs. Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize impact and long-term growth. User-Centric Development: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and engineers to understand user behaviors and pain points. Translate insights into intuitive product features that elevate the user experience. Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure zzazz remains at the forefront of content valuation innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—AI researchers, economists, marketing, and sales—to align product goals, streamline development, and ensure timely releases with measurable impact. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics to validate product hypotheses, measure success, and guide iterative improvements. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product strategies, progress, and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared ownership of product outcomes. Skillset Product Management Fundamentals: Strong foundation in product lifecycle management, from concept and discovery through launch and iteration. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data and research findings into clear strategies and actionable initiatives. User-Centered Design Principles: Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies to craft solutions that resonate with target audiences.
