Product Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Versa Networks, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cybersecurity products while honing your end-to-end product management skills. You will collaborate with experienced Product Managers, Engineers, Security Researchers, and UX Designers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for enterprise customers. Your role will involve product discovery, research, customer engagement, competitive analysis, roadmap execution, and customer-facing presentations within the context of SASE, SSE, and endpoint security. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining product requirements and maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog. - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features meeting user and business needs. - Conduct competitive and market research to guide product direction and differentiation. - Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) with clarity and structure. - Support user testing, feature validation, and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement. - Track and analyze post-launch product performance metrics to measure impact and inform iteration. - Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) planning, product positioning, and messaging. - Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations and demos showcasing product capabilities. - Develop high-quality internal and external presentations for leadership updates, roadmap reviews, and customer engagements. - Participate in customer calls, stakeholder syncs, planning sessions, and cross-functional workshops. - Learn and execute basic product management functions such as discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, release planning, and stakeholder communication. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field is required. An MBA from a top MBA college is a plus. - Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, networking, or enterprise software domains is required. - 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles (internship experience in product or tech is also valued). - Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences. - Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, research, and user empathy. - Ability to prepare and deliver structured, visually engaging presentations for leadership and customers. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.,
