Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for utilizing your experience in sales and marketing to drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You must have a proven track record of sales, particularly in hardware products and chemical products. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and developing market strategies to ensure continuous growth. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be conducting institutional visits (minimum 5 per day) and secondary market visits (9-10 per day under dealers). It is important to note that failure to meet these daily visit targets may lead to being marked absent. This is a full-time position with a day shift and fixed schedule. The willingness to travel is crucial as the role requires 100% travel. The work location is remote, offering the flexibility to work from different locations while effectively managing your responsibilities. Overall, as a BDM, your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, meeting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective market strategies and relationship building.,
