We are expanding our product portfolio and are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development of our cybersecurity and IT products.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Legitbytes, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cybersecurity and IT product offerings. You will work closely with engineering, design, business development, and clients to ensure our solutions meet evolving security needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for cybersecurity and IT products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver robust and scalable products.
• Write product requirements documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on security impact, compliance requirements, and business goals.
• Stay updated with cybersecurity trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with the sales and marketing teams to position products effectively in the market.
• Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer satisfaction, iterating on improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 1–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in IT or cybersecurity domain.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Zoho).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing), SOC operations, or compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, automation, and IT service management solutions.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business value.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
