About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and security-focused DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of development, security, and operations to ensure our infrastructure and applications are secure, scalable, and compliant across cloud environments. You will play a key role in automating security practices within CI/CD pipelines, hardening cloud environments, and managing firewall and access control policies. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Build and integrate DevSecOps tools and practices into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated security testing. Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure with an emphasis on compliance and security. Configure, maintain, and monitor firewalls, WAFs, and other perimeter security solutions. Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Security teams to align infrastructure and application security best practices. Ensure secure configuration management and policy enforcement across environments. Respond to security incidents and participate in root cause analysis and reporting. Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base for security practices and systems. Key Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles. Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS (primary), Azure, and GCP. Experience with cloud-native security tools and services (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, GCP Security Command Center). Solid grasp of firewall management , network security, and access control systems. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi. Strong knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Snyk, Aqua, Trivy). Experience with SIEM , threat detection , and incident response is a plus. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and monitoring.
