Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 1 year in business development, with proven experience using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge : Understanding of online freelancing platforms and sales processes. Attitude : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
