Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will actively identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to bring in new clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and articulating tailored service offerings to win business.

Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outreach
• Engage prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Present customized digital marketing solutions that address client goals
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales effectively
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM data, and provide regular reports
• Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working remotely or from an office environment
• Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools
