Role description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our Payment Gateway platform. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive regulatory-compliant innovation, and deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing payment solutions for merchants and partners.

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Payment Gateway
Align product strategy with business goals, revenue targets, and market trends
Identify new payment gateway enhancement opportunities

Execution & Delivery

Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Groom the teams
Prioritize features and enhancements based on Merchant impact
Lead Product team to finalize the requirements with the help of Customer Product Manager group

Payments & Platform Ownership

Own core gateway capabilities: Payments, routing, settlement, refunds, reconciliation
Manage integrations with banks, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), and alternative payment methods
Optimize success rates, latency, uptime, and transaction throughput

Compliance, Risk & Security

Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, PSD2, RBI, AML/KYC, and data privacy regulations
Drive implementation of 3DS, tokenization, and secure authentication flows

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary product contact for internal and customer stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to support merchant onboarding and enterprise deals
