Product Manager I

Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain a regional market assessment to identify market opportunities in the region. - Develop and maintain a product and technology strategy to align Donaldson's offerings with market expectations for market share growth. - Build strong relationships with regional entities, internal engineering/product management teams, and operations teams to execute programs effectively and influence outcomes. - Support multiple programs through completion using the program toll gate process. - Develop, manage, and communicate program plans with team members and supporting roles, ensuring active maintenance of status in the program tollgate system. - Act as a conduit between regional entities and local engineering and operations teams, bringing the voice of the market to the team and providing directional input. - Collaborate with regional Application Engineering/Sales teams to ensure correct product application and support the pursuit of target customers and opportunities.
