You will be responsible for testing, installation, and commissioning of Dust Collection Systems both at the factory and customer locations. In addition, you will attend to product troubleshooting, customer complaints, maintenance, and service calls. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with customers for site and utilities readiness, attending customer complaints, supervising the site for equipment installation and commissioning, in-house testing of equipment, providing support to the Projects team, testing control panels and fans before dispatch, updating electrical diagrams, explaining control panel features to relevant teams, understanding wiring diagrams and electrical drawings, and ensuring high standards of installation service for customer satisfaction. As part of your role, you should hold a B.E. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation. Your technical skills should include electrical engineering, testing, supervision, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. You should be able to prepare and understand IOM and manuals. In terms of leadership competence, you should be able to influence customers on site requirements, have clear communication skills, and possess a diplomatic approach to solving field issues.
