Champion the adoption of the global CRM lead management process to manage, track, and report on marketing generated leads and opportunities Prepare regular reports for management that include key performance indicators including MQL, OPP, ROI and so on, to ascertain if marketing efforts are having their desired impact and provides feedback and recommendations to management. Ensures that brand is well represented and design guidelines are adhered to in all marketing campaigns and collateral Create banner content for eCommerce platform Develop content for online promotion of eCommerce platform Partner with marketing agencies to create awareness of new ways of promoting and selling Donaldson products Support new and innovative ways of selling Donaldson products, i.e. marketplaces, digital partner program Point of contact for new product announcements, new images, online literature and videos Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Relevant Experience : At least 6+ years marketing operations experiences. Proficiency (2+ years) using marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo. Desktop publishing skills including proficiency with Adobe Suite. Excellent in content creation, video filming and edit experiences will be an advantage but not a must. G ood in channel marketing, experiences on supporting dealer enduser campaigns, create value and deliver properly. Experience managing relationships with tradeshow vendors, agencies and other external partners. Proven ability to move easily between generating big, creative ideas to driving process improvement, to executing details and administration. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion. Global business experience with proven ability to collaborate and implement marketing efforts across cultures and around the world.
