Perform RCA for defects, estimate efforts for self and others, and manage module-level tasks and configurations. Mentor junior developers, review peer work, and contribute to project documentation and process improvements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, support release cycles, and ensure adherence to coding standards and timelines.
