5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Gurugram, Noida Role description Develop and optimize complex applications using Java, Spring Boot, MVC, and Hibernate, employing design patterns and reusable components. Interpret high- and low-level designs, code and test modules, manage defects, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives. Guide team members, provide technical leadership, and interface with customers to present solutions and handle technical queries. Manage project components, ensure code quality, contribute to configuration, documentation, and release processes. Contribute to domain knowledge, perform root cause analysis, and proactively improve quality and performance. Mandatory Skills: Java, Spring Boot, MVC, Hibernate; deep SDLC understanding, strong debugging and estimation skills, Agile experience, and leadership ability.
