Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in New Delhi. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development, managing product lifecycle, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager will also conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and develop strategies to drive product growth and innovation.

• Experience in the tech industry and knowledge of global market dynamics is a plus

Technical Skills Required

• Data & Analytics:

   SQL (basic to intermediate), Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).

• Experimentation:

   A/B testing design and interpretation, cohort and funnel analysis.

• Product Design & Delivery:

   Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana), wireframing/prototyping (Figma, Miro).

• Technical Fluency:

   Understanding of APIs, system architecture basics (frontend, backend, databases, cloud).

• Collaboration Tools:

   Confluence, Notion, Slack for documentation and team alignment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript) for automation or quick analysis.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, recommendation engines, or conversational AI.
• Exposure to SaaS architecture and multi-tenant product scaling.
• Experience in international product rollouts or cross-border markets.
