Product Manager

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in the ERP system, including SKUs, descriptions, pricing, categories, images, and attributes.
• Ensure all product listings comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Manage new product onboarding and coordinate with design, sourcing, and marketing teams.

ERP System Handling

• Configure, update, and optimize ERP modules related to products, inventory, and orders.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors or IT teams for module enhancements, bug fixes, and feature updates.
• Ensure data integrity across all product-related ERP records.

Process Coordination & Improvement

• Streamline workflows between departments (inventory, sales, design, procurement).
• Identify areas for automation and reduce manual tasks in product management.
• Document SOPs and train relevant staff on ERP usage and product listing processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze product performance using ERP reports and dashboards.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and product movement trends.
• Assist in pricing strategy and stock planning based on data insights.

Cross-functional Support

• Act as the central point of contact for all product-related queries and system issues.
• Coordinate between internal departments to support smooth product operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of listing discrepancies or data-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
