Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape in the water technology space.
• Define the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to translate product vision into actionable plans.
• Develop detailed product specifications and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning (working knowledge of Agile methodologies a plus).
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and define success metrics for new features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on product design.
• Own the product go-to-market strategy, including launch planning, messaging, and collateral development.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics (usage data, customer feedback) to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest water technology advancements and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or B2B space.
• Proven track record of bringing products to market successfully.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research methodologies and user experience (UX) principles.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• A passion for water conservation and sustainable solutions.
• A plus: Understanding of engineering principles related to water technology (filtration, purification, etc.)
