Job Description

Product Manager (Individual Contributor)

What You’ll Do

Own and shape the
product vision
for transaction and reference data modules, delivering master data management and asset servicing capabilities for investment management firms
Translate vision into clear
product roadmaps, feature definitions, and specifications
through deep requirement gathering and business analysis
Partner closely with
engineering and architecture teams
to drive designs from concept to high-quality product delivery
Continuously evaluate product progress using test cases and validation frameworks to ensure alignment with vision and specifications
Conduct
competitor and market analysis
to inform product strategy
Build strong
business cases
, estimate timelines and budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders through project plans, release notes, and updates
Collaborate with fellow product managers on initiatives spanning multiple business areas to deliver holistic solutions

What You’ll Need

7+ years
of overall experience, including
2+ years in Product Management
Strong expertise across the
end-to-end post-trade lifecycle
, with exposure to both
buy-side and sell-side
operations
Solid understanding of
asset management post-trade processes
and financial instruments
Proven experience working closely with
engineering teams
in a technology-driven environment
Excellent academic background with a passion for building
high-impact financial products
Exceptional
communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder-influencing
skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to
detail, quality, and delivery
High personal maturity, ownership mindset, and a
collaborative approach
