Job Description

About Company

We are hiring for our client, a self-funded AI technology startup based in San Francisco, founded in 2023. The company delivers AI-driven solutions to accelerate product development in the life sciences sector. It operates in a competitive landscape with 16 active players, including several well-funded companies such as Apprentice, Aizon, and H3D.

What we need:

Someone to help structure our product roadmap, write PRDs, maintain feature lists, run prioritization exercises, work closely with our designer, and guide developers on implementation.

The Work

Translate customer feedback + prospect requests into structured PRDs
Maintain sheets/docs for features, priorities, timelines
Collaborate with designer on mockups/flows
Guide developers on what to build and why
Help us unlock founder time by owning the day-to-day product execution

Who Fits

2-4 years PM experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical products (AI/ML is a plus)

Must-haves

Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working closely with engineers and designers
Ownership mentality - doesn't wait for instructions
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
