Product Development Executive

Overview

• Generate and validate ideas for new products based on market needs and trends.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategy.
• Plan and execute new product development (NPD) projects in coordination with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of the existing product line.
• Contribute to content creation, including brochure concepts and design inputs.
• Prepare presentations (PPTs) and monthly progress reports for the department head.
• Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure swift and compliant product development processes.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and professional ethics in all tasks.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in product development, marketing, or related functions preferred.
• Strong research, coordination, and project execution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AI tools and content design tools is an advantage.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative product and content ideas.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
