Product Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Product Reengineering - Parameter analysis, planning Sample Development from fibre stage to product
• New Product Development - determining the fabric quality, product parameters to meet customer requirements. Trouble shooting the problems at greige, processing and Product stage and provides a suitable solution
• Tech pack creation and defining Process Route for Taram India bulk orders, PD and Outsourcing activities
• Engaging Team for Purchase order, Sub Contract Order and ERP data entry
• Planning for the fairs including Market week , Heimtextile & Texfair.
• Support for Design through Adobe illustrator for bulk order and Product developments both internal and external customers

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Interpretation and analytical skill on the trial data. Planning Samples in coordination with Peer HODs
• Understanding and Visualizing the Fiber / Fabric behavior as of customer requirement
• Knowledge on Different fibers, spinning techniques, weaving machines , Loom feasibility, weaving structures, Process Machines , Process Routing, Wet Processing Techniques. Sample Machines
• Moderate to Midlevel Adobe Illustrator skill set
• Prior art searching and Infringement analysis
• Strong understanding on the Product feasibility that need to be developed.
• Knowledge of latest trend and intellect to adopt the same in Products
• Understanding complete product matrix of home linens to Manage Taram LLC products and Taram India Products
