Job Summary

We are hiring B.Sc. Freshers who are energetic, willing to learn, and ready to build their career in the textile trims & packaging industry. Candidates will be trained and placed in departments such as Quality Control, Product Development, Production, and Packaging, based on interest and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the department team in daily operations and reporting.
• Learn and support product development, quality checks, sampling, or production processes.
• Maintain records, data sheets, and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, QA, design, and dispatch.
• Perform basic quality testing, measurement, and inspection (department-specific).
• Assist in preparing samples, reports, and product details.
• Follow safety, compliance, and company protocols.
• Support seniors in daily tasks and take up additional responsibilities during training.

Required Skills

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Home Science, Textile Science, or related field.
• Good communication and logical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling.
• Willingness to learn production & quality processes.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualities

• Strong interest in textiles, packaging, or quality operations.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
